Planned box office down time

In order to improve the experience of booking tickets at Colston Hall and continue to provide excellent customer service, we are upgrading our box office system.

This will mean that our box office is offline and customers will not be able to purchase tickets from us between 6pm on Sunday 30 September and 10am on Wednesday 3 October.

This applies to all sales channels – phone, counter service and web.

It has been five years since we last upgraded our box office software, and in line with the physical transformation of our building we are implementing new systems that will ensure we can meet the needs of our customers now and in the future.
